Final Step EP was recorded during the winter of 2012 at Clubhouse Studios in Rhinebeck, NY. The idea of this EP was to capture a portrait of my life at the time it was being recorded. I also wanted to demonstrate my many styles of songwriting and arranging. The EP travels from upbeat and groovy, to folk/rock, then to a slow pensive ballad, and ending with a song called Final Step. Etherial and breathy, this song captures the essence of change and moving on; highlighting the importance of traveling through life's many challenges as we take the final step towards happiness.

I worked with four studio musicians who accompanied me. The recording band includes: Josh Colow-gtr, Chris Davison-bass, Jamie Hurst -drums and Zachary Seman on keyboard and piano.
